We aim to supply premium Grade-A replacement parts to keep your repair services operating smoothly. If you encounter any defects or issues with our items, our Returns and Refund guidelines outline how we handle returns, claims, and exchanges.

1. Testing Warranty Policy

All mobile replacement screens, charging ribbons, and glass components carry a 7-Day Testing Warranty from the date of delivery.
CRITICAL TESTING RULE: Please test all parts (especially LCD screens and touch panels) without removing the protective plastic seals, warranty stickers, or applying glue/adhesive. Once the protective seals are removed or glue is applied, the testing warranty is void.

2. Conditions Voiding Warranty

Returns will be rejected if the product displays:

  • Physical damage, cracks, broken flex cables, or inner screen breakage.
  • Signs of soldering, gluing, or installation.
  • Missing warranty stamps, seals, or original box packaging.

3. Claiming Process

To initiate a return or exchange claim:

  1. Take a clear photo/video showing the testing failure (e.g. touch issue or line on display) and the original warranty stamp intact.

  3. Package the item securely to prevent shipping damage and send it back to our warehouse facility.

4. Refunds and Store Credit

Approved claims qualify for an immediate product replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a direct refund to your bank account within 3 business days.
