1. Testing Warranty Policy
All mobile replacement screens, charging ribbons, and glass components carry a 7-Day Testing Warranty from the date of delivery.
CRITICAL TESTING RULE:
Please test all parts (especially LCD screens and touch panels) without removing the protective plastic seals, warranty stickers, or applying glue/adhesive. Once the protective seals are removed or glue is applied, the testing warranty is void.
2. Conditions Voiding Warranty
Returns will be rejected if the product displays:
- Physical damage, cracks, broken flex cables, or inner screen breakage.
- Signs of soldering, gluing, or installation.
- Missing warranty stamps, seals, or original box packaging.
3. Claiming Process
To initiate a return or exchange claim:
- Take a clear photo/video showing the testing failure (e.g. touch issue or line on display) and the original warranty stamp intact.

4. Refunds and Store Credit
